PrintMultinational publishers operate in several countries and usually own several brands.
To avoid duplication of ISSN assignments for multinational publishers’ publications, the ISSN network has developed a dynamic tool for allocating responsibilities among ISSN National Centers. The National Centers work together through a wiki to determine which Center will identify a given publisher’s resources.
