Fair Use in Action at the Internet Archive

Fair use is essential to the functioning of libraries, and underlies many of the ordinary library practices. As the Internet Archive celebrated Fair Use/Fair Dealing Week (26 February-1st March, 2024), this blog post describes a few of the ways the fair use doctrine has helped the Internet Archive build their library.
