The preparatory meetings for the 25th General Assembly of the ISSN Network will be held remotely in English, French and Spanish from May 14 to 24. Several topics are on the agenda, including the activity reports of the ISSN International Center for 2022 and 2023, its projects and partnerships, a presentation of the candidates for the next election of the Governing Board, and the ISSN International Centre Strategy 2025-2029.

The ISBD Review Group commissioned a Task Force in 2019 with the remit to align the ISBD Consolidated edition with the Manifestation entity of the IFLA LRM bibliographic conceptual model.

The ISSN International Centre participates in the work of the ISBD for Manifestation Task Force, which has finished a draft ISBD for Manifestation (ISBDM) in the form of an interactive online tool.

ISBDM is currently going through a review process, and the last step of this process, before the internal IFLA standards approval process, is the World-wide Review. The ISBD Review Group and the ISBD for Manifestation Task Force are organizing a World-wide Review introductory webinar Thursday 25 April (Paris time).
